We are a producer of premium boutique red and white wines. Our vineyard is located approximately 720 metres above sea level, in the upcoming region of the Southern Highlands in NSW. With the combination of soil, microclimate, wind and sun has led us to produce some fruitier and lighter red wines such as Pinot Noir and delicate Chardonnays.
All of our grapes are hand picked.
CLASSIC FOREST RED
San Giovese blend, deep red in colour with complexity to match. Subtle blackcurrant and dark mint flavours combine with the sweet vanilla American oak characters. An excellent match with steak dishes.
CHARDONNAY
Fine well balanced chardonnay showing citrus, pineapple and sweet vanillas aromas. The palate is full flavoured, fruit driven and oaked for nine months. This wine is best suited to seafood and poultry dishes.
CLASSIC FOREST WHITE
Fresh fruit driven style of wine. Green apple with hints of lime and citrus on the nose. Balanced by a full palate. Enjoy with seafood and game dishes.
PINOT NOIR
This wine shows lovely vibrant red tones, with aromas of ripe cherry and strawberry and a smooth velvety mouth feel. Barrel aged in oak. Perfect with lighter meals and goes well with most Italian dishes.
